Groundwork Enterprise Centre, Burslem
INDUSTRIAL UNITS AND OFFICE SPACE
As part of their regeneration work in Stoke-on-Trent during 2006 Groundwork created several purpose-designed Industrial Units on a former pottery manufacturing site and since then they have been occupied by a variety of start-up local entrepreneurs from property developers to computer repairers.
Rental opportunities exist for these industrial units on short-term flexible licences. Units are fitted with 3-phase electric and are fully security alarmed, situated within a secure gated compound in central Burslem, which is accessible 24hrs. Internally they extend to full apex height with a floor area of approximately 465 sq.ft. at a basic rental of £250 per month.
In addition to this there are various office areas available for rental within our large complex, both self-contained and with shared facilities, which may suit professional, commercial or social and voluntary organisations. Flexible competitive terms would be negotiable dependent upon requirements.
Prospective tenants are invited to view facilities and discuss options, special requirements and support packages available.
